General These terms apply to all purchases made through woodlandsvintage.com. Woodlands Vintage reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Products All pieces sold by Woodlands Vintage are vintage, secondhand, or upcycled items. Each piece is one of a kind and is sold as described. Due to the unique nature of our products, minor variations, patina, or signs of age and character are to be expected and are not considered defects. 3. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Woodlands Vintage reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. 4. Shipping Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Woodlands Vintage will take all reasonable care to package items securely. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier. For large or fragile furniture items, we recommend contacting us before ordering to discuss delivery options and logistics. 5. Returns & Refunds Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage and upcycled pieces, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve the matter. 6. Care of Items Woodlands Vintage provides care recommendations where possible. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage of items after delivery. 7.
